Instructions
To experience the full benefits of the course, we suggest that you follow the lessons in sequence and plan your days and timings for all the lessons before you begin.
If you choose a retreat format, the most beneficial, you will find that establishing a schedule of seven consecutive days with 60 to 90 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening will be useful and effective. In between, plan time for reflection, practice, revision, and journaling by yourself.
