Raja Yoga meditation invites us to rediscover our innate qualities of peace, love, and wisdom—empowering us to live with greater clarity, resilience, and purpose. Rooted in the teachings of the Brahma Kumaris, this practice offers a deep yet practical understanding of the soul, the Divine, and the subtle spiritual laws that shape both our inner and outer worlds.
Through guided meditations, spiritual insights, and reflective dialogue, participants will explore how to:
- Experience the self as a peaceful, powerful soul
- Re-establish a personal connection with the Divine
- Understand the deeper meaning of karma and create elevated actions
- Tap into the transformative power of soul-conscious thinking
- Stay anchored and clear amidst life’s constant changes.
