Talk: Meditation and How Not to Meditate

In meditation, we want to look deeply into ourselves and embrace our original state of peace and spiritual power. However, how do we deal with the bombardment of useless and negative thoughts?  Meditation is not to stop our thoughts. Meditation is about consciously choosing useful, peaceful, and powerful thoughts.
