Talk: The Subtlety of True Self-Respect

We are very quick to judge ourselves and others and often have a very limited idea of ourselves and we often look at others and their behavior in a very superficial way. Through this we miss the beauty and goodness that lays hidden in each one. However, when we do recognize and accept that there is more to everyone than just what meets the eye, our own innate worth is enhanced and the quality of our relationships and experience of life will increase.
