In our daily routine of never-ending to-do lists, we seem to put ourselves on the back burner. We start finding ourselves feeling burned-out and unmotivated–there seems to be a deficit of self-care. In this experiential workshop, let us experiment and learn how to return to our true state of well-being and purpose.
