This Privacy Policy (“Policy”), effective 2021 between Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual Organization (“BKWSO”) a U.S. 501©3 nonprofit organization, and individuals (“You”) who choose to visit the BKWSO website to read and download documents and presentation and register for BKWSO seminars, emails, video conferences or other services (collectively “Services”). BKWSO operates through several centers and retreat centers in the United States of America.

Persons under 18 years old cannot register for BKWSO programs, social media events, newsletters, online video conference events on their own. In order for a person under 18 to participate in any of the BKWSO programs, a parental/custodian has to sign a waiver consent form and be present during the event.
